  • Support internal deliberations, engage ecosystem stakeholders, and strengthen program coherence and impact scaling potential

  • Regular monitoring against the MEL plan and ToC
  • Use of evidence in management and adaptation decisions
  • Reliable, well documented data that meets quality standards
  • Routine reflection on what is working, what is not, and why
  • Partners submit complete quantitative and qualitative reports in FLUXX
  • Reports align with: Approved MEL Plan, Theory of Change, Shared Measures definitions
  • Data goes through validation and verification before approval

  • Cross functional review (Integrated programs review)
